Honey, the command center was put into this boring low level building in the neighborhood. It was not in one of the signature twin towers. Nice try though. Keep going down the hotel hallway, trying the doornobs, until you find one unlocked. Good hunting!

You can stuff your condecending nice try crap. The Emergency Command Center was located in the World Trade Center complex. It was on the 23rd floor of building 7 and it had to be abandoned due to it's close proximity to the target. The building was one of the ones that collapsed. It wasn't just "in the neighborhood".
