That is why he is the right man to lead the WOT. It will take a little more than the "mastery" of the English language to win the WOT. But the one thing we do know is that the Giuliana Partners LLC present themselves as the masters of safety and security when it comes to terrorism...all that in the aftermath of 911.
It's a shame the Giuliana Partners LLC didn't exist prior to 911, since being the experts on terrorism as they now claim, they surely would have seen it coming.
