If you rephrase the question, "among the likely presidential candidates, which one is most qualified to enforce the laws of the United States", you'd have to put Rudy at or near the top of that list.Like he enforced United States immigration laws in New York?

The list I was referring to was: Obama, Hillary, Edwards, McCain and Romney. Romney I don't know about, but the others don't strike me as being particularly tough on immigration.
Which one of that list is likely to wage an effective war on terror? I still have to go with Rudy. But it's a real freakin' thin list.
