This really begs the question, did we win the Cold War? The Chinese are becoming very competitive also.

Unclear, but of some import; a foreign "F-15 pilot" is mentioned, but was he flying that or one of the birds mentioned end of article?

Not down on the Raptor, I hear wonderful things about it. Still, the closer our perception of its ability v whatever, the more successful our sorties.
