Celine's song was Morricone's from "Once Upon A Time in America", a great, great, movie.

One of the best--and most overlooked and forgotten--films of all time.

It's highly regarded by buffs and is highly rated on IMDB. I wouldn't say it's forgotten. Certainly one of the best films of the 1980s. The only Gangster film I can think of that can be called Proustian.

Absolutely, I heard that song and almost cried, lol, such a touching and violent film, beautiful score and perfect scenery.

On my top 10 list!
