Big surprise (to me) for Alan Arkin as best supporting actor in LIttle miss sunshine.

Movie was great but the other nominees were soooo good also..

My first disappointment....I wanted Eddie Murphy to win...heck, Alan Arkin didn't have much to do in SUNSHINE...I think it was a sentimental vote...Murphy was so much better and had a meatier role, IMO...

I'm actually surprised that Alan Arkin won. His main job in "Sunshine" was to shout 'F' words and sniff cocaine. I'm at a loss to understand why so many people liked that movie.
