You are not familiar with the one bite rule? The one bite rule is that your dog gets to bite someone once, and for that you are not liable for negligence because you were not put on notice that you dog was a biter. The second bite however does give rise to a cause of action for negligence.
So, I was just wondering, if Catholic theology allows one to divorce once, but not twice, on the theory that the first mistake is not negligence, but the second one is. After all, Rudy was elected as a divorced man.
