If a 'rat wins the White House and they keep the legislature, we will be in a lot worse shape than we are today. Just think what they'll do to the judiciary. Time to increase the prayers.
I do not want to vote for a Dem or allow one to win. I am just saying that there are people who are talented for some specific things. Mitt is one of those people. If he doesn't have to deal with other elected officials, he's wonderful. He's the best for running an administrative office more efficiently. But whenever other elected pols are concerned, there's only so much he can do. This doesn't make him a bad politician, he's just not what I could hope for in a President. I would be glad if I were wrong on this.
If he were the R's nominee, I would absolutely vote for him and hope for the best.
But wearing the lumberjack shirts during Homeland Security issues was downright silly.
