Thanks for that excellent piece of information. I especially like the inclusion of specific countries as examples.
Is there perhaps a typo in the 'From 5% on, ...' paragraph? While it describes 5%+ effects, the example lists South Africa as a 2% Muslim population.
It looks like two paragraphs were stuck together. I've repaired it.
In the rewrite I noticed more clearly that the tipping point for Muslims appears to be at 5% of population.
Once they hit that 5% mark, they begin to push -- hard.
