Anyone who would sit out a Rudy v. Hillary election day because Rudy isn't conservative enough is unpatriotic. Sulking and allowing Hillary to come to power is the ultimate in selfishness.

I can't see anyone sitting it out against Hillary. I know it's naive but I just can not see how someone could prefer HRC to any Republican. I would vote for a stick with a plate for a face with a smiley face drawn in crayon just so Hildy did not get to 1600 Pennsylvania again.

It is not a matter of "selfish sulking", but a matter of conviction that I cannot vote for someone that is morally bankrupt like Rudy.

Personally, I do not think that it will ever come to a Rudy/Clinton shootout.

Too bad that excellent comment won't fit in a tagline.

Trust me on this, if nominated, social conservatives and Evangelicals will go third party of stay home.--Hydroshock

... which means--trust me on this--social conservatives and Evangelicals will be placing their de facto vote for hillary clinton.

Did you ever wonder why Hillary Clinton is, apparently, more tolerable for these REAL conservatives, than is Rudy Giuliani?--LtdGovt

Excellent way to put it.
They think Rudy is too liberal so they would help elect a Stalinist. Makes abundant sense.
This move is even more irrational than meets the eye.

WHY THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT MUST MOBILIZE AGAINST HILLARY:
CLINTON CONFLATES EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS AND ISLAMO-FASCIST TERRORISTS

I want my country to win the war and wipe out terrorism. The other issues won't mean a hill of beans if we're all dead.--Miss Didi

Great bottom-line analysis, Miss Didi.

Absolutely correct. Enough of this whining and realize that the Dems are our enemies. Any one of them. I know Rudy G has warts but they are boulders on Her Highness and BO. Every time I read or hear the purists cry that the Congress is going to ....., I keep reminding them, they sent those Dems there by 'punishing' the Pubs. Punish the Dems. They will get us all killed.
