I did not vote for anyone in the last election for Florida Governor. I left it blank, on purpose.
I could not vote for Crist, and refused to vote for the other candidates listed.
IMHO all electoral ballots in every precinct at all levels should always include a "None of the Above" or a "Purposely Left Blank" choice.
That way, there would never be any questions regarding "undervotes".
