No bias? Iran didn't refute anything, Iran claimed that what Cheney said was not true.

Iran said Saturday that the United States was not in a position to take military action against it and urged Washington and its allies to engage in dialogue.

It sounds like Iran is suggesting that we agree to terms of surrender. I'm sure, and he is sure, that the Dems are willing to comply.

Our military is not in position? Oh, right. Our forces are way over Afghanistan and Iraq. And, we just moved two carrier groups way over to the Persian Gulf.

All this, plus our soldiers are preoccupied dealing with the threats form Iranian backed insurgents.

So, we have neither the position, nor the motive to attack Iran.
