Good theories ... recommended by a nonbeliever ... begging the notion that Jesus was not resurrected and remains of his body may be somewhere around the ME ... resurrection from the grave being the hinge pin upon which Christians open their souls to God's truth and receive Salvation through Faith in Him ... a book that offers alternate theories which have zero proof only nonbeliever speculation ... think I pass.

Actually, I think Dr. Tabor is a doctor of theology and a believer himself.

He doesn't tread on the theological issues, but his work, heavily annotated, fills in some of the 'lost' or overlooked issues of Jesus' early years and his family relations.

But if you aren't interested in books that might reinforce faith with buttressing information from contemporary religious and historical writings and archeological findings, it's OK by me.
