As I haven't read most of the posts below, I will add a few cents.
To me, I don't believe that pornography is wrong and should be banned. I am a complete free market type of person. However, I believe that child pornography should be banned and the users jailed.
Child pornography indicates exploitation and abusing the foundations of a society used to innocence, violent child pornography indicates a very sadistic villain in the motions.
If anything this is why Bill O'Reilly is very popular and why I count on him as one of my favorite TV hosts. I agree with him on most accounts, but what he is great for is hounding the dregs of our society, the unaccountable criminals, the sex fiends from hell, the lax judges, the corruption in judicial ideas, the pedophiles, rapists, etc.
He truly is sort of a "Punisher" and I appreciate him for that. Now if more people would do stuff like him. (BTW, I usually don't watch TV but there is some entertainment and eye-opening information from a guy who is a ring-master and is able to convulute mostly intelligent, well-made politics while also turning in a very far out there Liberal into a new mink robe)
