WoW! Her district has to be a wierdo hellhole. Hey hey now!! I live in her district (unfortunately). When they did redistricting a couple of years ago, our neighborhood switched from Culberson to Jackson-Lee. She certainly DOES NOT represent me or my immediate neighbors. It sucks!!

It is. It's one of the "Black" Districts carved out because of the so called Voting "Rights" Act which applies only to Southern States. Of course the Northern Politicians exempted themselves from it.
