I hope the Federal Appeals Court makes this right -- and more than a directive to re-try the case...

They need to park Wolf's decision in his "left" ear with some reasonable amount of overwhelming force....

Probably because you didn't realize that enforcing the UN's earth charter, which promotes homosexuality as a normal, healthy natural lifestyle is something federal judges aspire to do after attentding the earth charter summit2. It's not American law, the American constitution, nor the American cultural society they protect, it's the global government, and it's charter they uphold.
