It gives insight to their objectives, written in 1987, which today is right on track. Now how is such information propaganda?

I thought it was. Anyway, every movement has its objectives and strategies with which to achieve those objectives. I'm reminded of how conservative activists, most notably Paul Weyrich, helped to turn the liberal consensus in this country into a conservative one.
