Yes, I've now heart of Operation Bloodstone. Although a different operation, different objective, I found Operation Fiend, failed CIA operation in Albania to be quite interesting...and linked to "some extent" with Frank Wisner, Jr (Enron), of today. It alledgedly occurred in 1948......bad bad results....

So Frasheri was granted a US visa, due to the efforts of Robert Joyce, the US State Department liaison with the CIA."
