As to transcripts, unless someone wanted to buy them for a pretty fee, I don't think we'll find them online. In the Ramos/Compean case, Ramos's father in law said the rate they were looking at was $2 to $3 per page (which at 2700 pages was a hefty price). I think the USAO probably paid for the transcript for Ramos/Compean that they put online on their website.
