Time for GWB to pardon these BP agents. He had time over the Christmas holidays to pardon FIVE DRUG DEALERS; he can certainly find time now to pardon these men.

What exactly did Brutton do? What is "violating the civil rights of an illegal alien? Do they even have civil rights?

He had time over the Christmas holidays to pardon FIVE DRUG DEALERSAre you kidding, I didn't know that.
No drug dealer should be pardoned.
Dubya needs to pardon the BP agents.

Well, all of these cases seem to have involved certain types of drug smugglers - the Feds don't care if the Border Patrol detains future fast food workers.
New evidence arrives every day indicating what the "War on Drugs" has really been designed to do.

The number of cases against Border Agents seems to increasing.
It seems that the Administration is sending a message to the other Border Agents and LEOs:
Don't impede the economic flow of goods and servants into the US. Your job depends on them.

The common link is Sutton and his ties to Bush. Clearly Bush knows all about Sutton's crusade to rein in the BP and approves.
Is there anyone left who thinks Bush actually cares about stopping mexican illegals from coming into the U.S?

Is there a Web site that lists all the misdeeds of Johnny Sutton, Debra Kanof, Judge Kathleen Cardone and others who go after anyone trying to stop drug dealers and other illegal aliens? There is a growing list of names of BP agents who have been framed.

What in the world has come over our President and how he allows innocent men to be falsely imprisoned? This is totally unacceptable. I think he has put America in a position to look weak as well.

Dubya won't pardon these agents, even though he should,m because it would upset Mexico. Dubya seems to think he can get along with all our enemies -- Democrats, Mexico, Iran, North Korea, etc.

To which Sutton's man replied, "It's not a matter of if you are going to prison, it's a matter of how long you're going to prison for. I have a $50 million budget to make sure you're going." It is highly unlikely that, in the middle of a trial, the accused ended up unguarded in a bathroom with a prosecuting attorney, much less that a prosecuting attorney would say this or anything to him, when the correct response is "you have a lawyer, I am forbidden to have conversations with you".
And the response doesn't even make sense based on the supposed question.

You keep saying that like it has relevance, when it's been explained to you that it doesn't.

It makes me happy to see that George Putnam is still in there pitching. He has been in broadcasting since the 1930's, and I have been a fan of his since the 1960's, when I first saw him on TV. In July, he will turn 93.

I didn't read this yesterday. It looks like "Borderdgate". I wonder how many of these cases are out there that we don't know about.
Again this is Sutton and Texas and another border patrol agent prosecuted for doing his job. The unjustice department needs to be investigated. I wonder how much money or the deal was paid for the drug smugglers. Again Sutton went into Mexico to find smuggler witnesses. Ping list please.
This guy even went to the same prison in Mississippi and had to pad himself with magazines for protection against thugs.

Remember a few months back when everyone was upset because it seemed that the BP wasn't doing its job keeping the illegals out? Now we know why. Who the hell would want to take a chance of going to prison and losing your property and your family?
The other thing I found disturbing about these BP cases is the Mexican consulates being present and interviewing these illegals before our people have finished processing them. That should get the case dismissed right there.
