Of course it's not unconstitutional. The separation of church and statement amendment is there to prevent the establishment of a national church, as a good many Americans had run away from the established Anglican church in England (good idea, to an extent) - the liberals forget the part where prohibiting free exercise of religion is also forbidden.

Secondly, invoking God has not been taboo for a very long time. FDR's speech on D-Day was more of a prayer than a political tract.

Regards, Ivan

This title tells the REAL agenda of the democrats - nothing is really about the war, or democrats concerns but 1 issue - it's ALL about their Hatred for President Bush and LIMITING HIS AUTHORITY as President of this great land!
I hope Republicans in the senate cut them off where the sun doesn't shine! Have you noticed that all this congress has done since the dems took office is try to get the ^&* out of Iraq! They need to be fired for NOT doing their jobs....

Ding ding ding ding ding ding!!!!!!

We have a winner!!!!! The liberals have taken freedom of religion and freedom of speech and turned it into "the right to control religion" and "the right to not be offended". Personally, I do my best to annoy them on both counts.
8-)
