If she has 34 Senators, she can rule by fiat and do whatever she wants - she is unremovable.
The only problem is that the military won't follow a Leftie, and the gun-folks won't either.
But a Rightie? The military and gun folks would follow a Rightie, so long as he wrapped everything in the flag, trumpeted proper values, didn't go after firearms, and focused his tax predations on the big cities, using the power of taxation to grab the wealth of the LEFT, but not the right.
