Im just a housewife. I homeschool my daughter, and my husband is an engineer. I have only one cousin who is in Iraq right now, but I am sure he is serving with pride among all the other GORGEOUS men and women who are serving there too. My first thought of seeing that young Marine in that picture was "now there's a fine looking man." Then I was forced to look at the freeze-dried scum behind him and the beauty was spoiled, but its okay! Everyone of you people in uniform are DAMN FINE LOOKING. And I thank you for your service. We pray for those overseas fighting evil and we pray for our veterans as well.

You are much more than "just" that. Importantly, you are raising the next generation. And by the fact you are home schooling, likely doing a darn great job of it!

BTW - when people would say to my mom, "Oh. So you are just a housewife?" Her answer was about raising the next generation.
