If he's a strong government type, we lose. If he fights for individual rights and decentralized government we gain.

Jim, Rudy believes in decentralized government. Read Rudy's speech at the Reagan library. He praises Reagan for sending government powers back to the local governments as ws the intent of the Constituion.

Right. Claiming abortion "rights" and gay "rights" are constitutional "rights" while also saying the very real right of the people to keep and bear arms is not is hardly being in favor of individual rights or states rights. Nor is his support for and even wanting to strengthen McCain-Feingold. Nor is his position on global warming. Sorry, the man is not for individual or states rights and his weakness in defending the borders is an outright danger to our national security.
