And exactly what does that have to do with the fact that it would not have become law if Clinton hadn't signed it, thereby negating your claim that the President doesn't have anything to do with the 2nd Amendment?

Why are you even raising that point when you said the prez has no impact on the 2nd Amendment?
When you elect the right President at the time (unlike HillObama) they are smart enough to say, "Okay, I'll extend this ban if Congress votes for it."
Bush knew how to play 'em and Rudy would, too.
