"So, this is more important than finding a Real Conservative candidate that can get this country back on track?"
The Real Conservatives are in the polls, right there for anybody to pick. Apparently few do pick them.
Some have washed out, too. Frist and Allen, probably Condi too.
Mike Pence was really being talked up not long ago. But one slip--he actually wanted a compromise immigration bill, and "real conservatives" cooled totally on him.
There is simply not an endless supply of candidates, let alone "good" or "great" candidates.
Always remember FR is NOT reflective of the electorate, or even Republican primary voters.
Finally, "a Real Conservative candidate that can get this country back on track" has to first get nominated and then elected.
So while doing the "finding" don't overlook the "elected" aspect. The angry conservative is not in vogue.
Things change.
So you're selling your Ideology for a Liberal to be elected as a Republican? "shaking head in total amazement"
Now, I see why the GOP lost in 2006. The absolute division is amazing and the Democrats sit back and laugh knowing they are on the road to another victory.
So, go preach to someone who wants to vote for a Liberal. NOT Me!
