What do JetBlue and Britney Spears have in common? They both had something shaved this week? (JetBlue's stock price and Britney's hair)
To: JackDanielsOldNo7

Spears' reputation went south a lot further back than a few days ago.

They both have cockpits? That joke has been around along time ... in my early years I heard different versions of it, as in ... 'What does Jane Mansfield (or, Marilyn Monroe) have in common with an airplane?' Or, 'Why is Jane Mansfield (or, MM) like an airplane?'
Now you know the rest of the story ...

Stuff happens - this is somehow JetBlue's fault that they had a bad outcome thanks to a winter storm? Blame the feds for their asinine work rules imposed on airlines.
We sat jammed into a Delta commuter plane for about two hours at JFK back in June with our new two-year-old son, after a four-hour boarding delay, because the union ramp workers refused to come out during rainy weather, but CNN didn't write us up.
I saw a luggage cart driver come careening around a corner and three suitcases fly out and go skidding across the tarmac that day, too. Twice.
JFK is a disgrace to its name, and to the city it serves, and I never plan to go through that airport again if I have any possible alternative, even if I have to fly hundreds of miles in the wrong direction. The staff is rude and surly, the lines are long, and the facilities are decrepit.

I've had some bad experiences there also.
JFK was the only show in town for flights to Ireland,
now I use Newark.

It's cheaper to ride either one than it is to ride Delta.

They're both giving free rides to thousands of "passengers" these days.
