Maybe I missed something. Did the original post say these were "illegal" workers? I didn't see it. I guess when we see stories like this we're just supposed to assume it any more?

The law says you can't give jobs to illegal aliens. That's what it all boils down to. Employers have to obey the law too.

Say you own a business and your competitors are owned by the mob. They bribe their way into contacts. Is that ok with you? Well?
Firms that hire illegal aliens and pay a lower market rate because of that illegal act, are what we are talking about here. Your view as stated is indefensible. Sure, buy the low cost product.... but better not buy stolen goods. Services performed by illegal aliens are criminal... Get it????

We do have immigration and employment laws in this country. Employers can offer their jobs to anyone they please, so far as they operate WTHIN THE LAW.
Outside that, they are nothing less than outlaws and need to be locked up.
