Sovereigns perhaps, but the greatest number have sold their sovereignty for American Idol and fixed rate mortgages.

The slide toward slavery is well under way and arresting the forward momentum is going to take an act of G_d. There are precious few who understand what has been lost and fewer still who care enough to do anything about it.

Seems to me if people gave a damn about this country, we wouldn't have fallen so far so quickly.

Lately I have been less than hopeful about the future.
