While I have to agree with Barr on this one, I'm no fan of his. I won't easily forget him coming to Iowa to endorse uber-RINO Greg Ganske in the Senate primary against conservative Bill Salier, or his going to work for the ACLU communists.

Hell, Greg was the establishment candidate. Every single elected Republican supported Ganske in that primary.
