CIEGO DE AVILA, Cuba - February 13 (Tania Maceda Guerra / www.cubanet.org) - A captain Creo and a woman officer of the Department of State Security questioned a 13-year-0ld girl at the middle school she attends.
The girl said the agents took her out of Math class and into a room in the principal's offices, where they questioned her for about an hour about the activities of her step-father, a pastor whom they accuse of counter revolutionary activities.
Leyanis Domínguez said when she did not give the desired answers, the captain called her a liar and threatened to send her and her step father to jail.
The girl said the officers asked her if her step father works and wanted to know about his activities to promote human rights.
