If you are referring to either Sutton or Kanof, they have been lying and hiding the truth from the beginning. They have no credibility.

Rerading the transcripts I found Kanof to be the most comptetent attorney involved. I hate to say it but both Ramos' and Compeans attorneys seemed a little confused. They also went on endlessly about issues not relating directly to whether the BP agents shot Davila...IMO to befuddle the jury.
