Yep get ready to stand in line to get your new drivers license that is compatible with the law.... Expect lines out the doors, around the corner and down the street.
But it don't have to be that way. Most Americans have been driving for years with their state license. That alone should be proof of citizenship. Credit check, High school records would add proof, and a phone call will get that for them. Now if they want DNA and blood type and whole body scan that's a different matter.
