Uncle Fat Teddy during Reagan's presidency worked DIRECTLY with the soviet's to undermine every step Reagan took to take down the soviet's. That's one of the reasons when he stepped into the Oval Office...he put a team of 13 together....highly secret...to accomplish it and it worked.
