Colleen Shipman, 30, an Air Force captain from Florida, and the Navy Commander and the Navy Captain that were involved in a triage could be a court martial if the military wanted to, since as I understand it they were going with officers that were either greater in rank or lesser in rank and one was married and would have been conduct unbecoming an officer. That may no longer be true. Brings new meaning to the phrase, "Interservice Rivalry".
