Ron Paul was, and still is a NUT!

What I've never been able to understand is how he continues to get elected over and over.

I wonder the same thing about Paul. We don't have a lot of personal contact with the folks in his district anymore, even though we own property in Brazoria County. I just remember him from his first political days. He was a loon and I haven't seen anything about him to make me change my mind. It was almost completely a southern democrat area when we lived there, there were NO Republicans on the local ballot, ever. Still is a semi rural, small town, blue collar area. He was a local gynecologist/obstetrician (I think), very well liked, when he first ran for office.
