No. Ron Paul voted against the "Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002" because he believes that Congress should not abdicate its Constitutional responsibility to Declare WAR.

The word "War" is not anywhere in the title of that Resolution. It it is not a Constitutional Congressional Declaration of War -- which Ron paul advocated.
