Ron Paul turned his back on the troops. He did NO such thing. Ron Paul is the ONLY Republican candidate who wants to get our troops out of harm's way and home to their families, by ending all Military and Financial support for the criminal Islamic Terrorist regime of Iraq.
The ruling government of Iraq is dominated by the psychopathic gang of murderers known as the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI) and the Islamic Al Dawa Party, who are the very same Islamic Terrorist Parties which bombed the US & French Embassies in Kuwait and murdered 241 United States Marines in Beirut in 1983. Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, of the Al Dawa Party, was the Al Dawa bureau chief in Damascus in the 1980s and was thus heavily responsible for Al Dawa operations in Beirut, while parliament member Jamal Jafaar Mohammed of his ruling coalition is one of the "Kuwait 17", still under a Kuwaiti death sentence (in absentia) for his direct involvement in the vicious attack on the US Embassy in Kuwait! Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate calling for an immediate END to all Military and Financial support for the criminal Islamic Terrorist thug-regime of Iraq.
Ron Paul: the Right Candidate for Our Troops. Bring 'em home alive, Ron!

Ron Paul is the ONLY Republican candidate who wants to get our troops out of harm's way and home to their familiesIn other words, he wants to cut and run.
Nice rhetoric.
When the primary returns start coming in for Paul, you should shop your resume to the Obama campaign - or to the Hugo Chavez campaign if he decides to go through the charade of running again.

Ron Paul: the Right Candidate for Our Troops. Bring 'em home alive, Ron!You and Hillary, Kerry, Kennedy, Edwards and Obama share the same view.
It's not a view widely shared on this forum>
We want them to come home in victory and not with their "tails between their legs" like the returning vets from Vietnam had to endure.

I’m a Republican living in Plano TX. If the support for Ron Paul in my neck of the woods is any indications, the neo-cons who have hi-jacked the GOP are in trouble. Support for Paul is growing like a grass fire. I used to swallow all this Limbaugh/Hannity propaganda until I stumbled upon Ron Paul. I judged him on his record, his integrity and his policies. He has my wholehearted support and a big chunk of my wallet. I used to campaign and vote for people like Perry, who turns on his supporters to stuff the pockets of the drug companies. Ron Paul opened my eyes to the deceit. My three sons (one son and his wife, devoted Presbyterians) who had zero interest in politics are suddenly boots-and-all involved in campaigning for Ron Paul. Sorry neo-cons, youve lost the hearts of the people. Thats what it looks like to me from my vantage point. I have reason to believe Plano, TX is no exception.
