Heard a legalist Court Party sycophant whining on the radio this morning as to what 'litmus test' could possibly be employed by Harper to identify pro law & order candidates to the Judiciary.
Naturally, he could only suggest documented past support for leftist bug-a-boos like capital punishment, right-to-life causes, etc but, there's plainly a far more simple one:

No one with their head even halfway screwed on right will have a record of making financial contributions to the Liberal Party - for a host of good 'sound judgment' reasons! - for at least the past decade.

Seven have a vote on each potential judicial nominee, while the eighth member --a sitting judge--acts only in case of a tie.
