I don't think conservatives have a snowball's chance of winning by runningn AGAINST either DEmocrats or illegals or anything else;they will win by being FOR imptrovements in American's lives.

Carter told us to get used to smaller pieces of the pie,and Reagan won by telling us that we're going to bake more pies so we'll have just as big a piece as before (and maybe seconds).
