It's February. Not even February 2008, but February 2007. Those polls are totally worthless and based solely on the name. Things change when the primaries get close and people learn the positions and see the television commercials. If you are really feeling confident over polls now, you're setting yourself, with other people here, for a hilarious meltdown when Giuliani doesn't win.
John Kerry was at 4% in December 2003 too. Things change.
