If parents did their jobs instead of running to Washington DC for answers these sorts of problems would be much less prevalent.
Darn thing is, too many of these parents encourage their children towards fame and money. Then they wonder why their precious daughters' lives become trainwrecks (i.e.: Britney Spears).
