4 rounds inside of 6 seconds with a bolt? that is some fast shooting!
I've never felt limited by a good smooth bolt action. There's no reason that the eye should ever need to leave the scope/target while rechambering.
I also shoot a pump at the skeet range, and that makes the old dogs snort a little.
