The Libtards in D.C. would have called for the removal of Sam Houston as Commander of the Texan Forces and the impeachment of David Burnet because Houston dared to attack a "vulnerable" and "unaware" Santa Ana while he and the Mexican Army were at siesta.

Not to mention that Sam Houston started his attack in the early morning catching many of Santa Anna's troops sleeping, killing them in their beds.

Oh the humanity of it all, slaughtering men in their sleep......../s

historically, the battle at the Alamo was leaders knowing they would die but needed the battle so San Jacinto could be reADY FOR A SURPRISED Santa Anna.

History shows the Alamo battle was awesome in strategy and self sacrafice
