Could someone please explain to me why Scooter Libby is the only person on trial in the Valerie Plame leak investigation?

I wish people who excerpt stories (a neccessity with the WashPo I know) would excerpt the story in a way that you can tell who or what its actually about.

Basically thorough except little mention of a scientific understanding of memory. Dr. Elizabeth Loftus would have been valuable to the court; she could have explained that much of what went on in the court room, including Libby's testimony, is a function of normal memory failings and processes.

But a good article and a good post. Thank you.
