Roxanne was with her boyfriend, Louis Walls at the Budget Inn on Rundberg and I-35. He says they had an argument and she walked away. She hasn't been seen since. She left behind her cell phone, purse, shoes, and ID. Louis Walls made 300 calls on Roxanne's cell phone before giving it to her mother. Some of those calls went to his ex-girlfriend in NM.
