only recently tried going dairy-free, with very positive results. I'm trying to gear myself up for trying wheat-free, but do you have any recommended Web sites for info/recipes/tips, etc.?

I think Lavender has a good smell. The plant is a nice addition to landscaping and grows well in hot dry summers (in Kansas where I live). At one time it was used as a vermifuge. (Expels worms.) I don't wash in it though.
