Wait till you read about what happens when Pluto changes signs in the next year or so. It will be 1776 all over again.

I feel silly asking, but feel I am among FRiends. What exactly does non-binding resolution mean?

A non-binding resolution is merely the House's way of going on the record on an issue. A "binding" resolution would have a provision that would cut off money and use the power of the purse to limit the president.

Pluto in Sagittarius has been responsible for both the current religious revival and the fact that religious "true believers" have been going wild. Eric Rudolph and Osama bin Laden are both manifestations of this, especially the bin Laden idea of a one world government under the Islamic caliphate.

Pluto will go into Capricorn, first in January '08, retrograding in June, and then finally going fully into Capricorn in November. (Pluto was last in Capricorn from 1762 to 1777). Once Pluto leaves Sagittarius, the air should go out of the Islamic fascist movement, and religious terrorism should subside. Rather than fight over religion, people will be fighting over economic self-determination, which is exactly what drove the American Revolution.

As the Chinese curse goes, "May you be reborn in interesting times."
