Sometimes one has to think that Sen. Lieberman is the only senator with an ounce of sense. Definitely is the only Democratic senator with said attribute.

Lieberman knows that Israel is at issue in this deal and he, as a Jew, doesn't want to be responsible for their destruction.

However, as long as he caucuses with the Democrats he takes the risk that he will end up at fault for allowing the Democrats to destroy Israel and all its people.

Time for Joe to pull the plug on this nonsense and switch parties.
