While Murtha is solely responsible for his words- I believe it's time to start holding the voters in those districts with some responsibility. I'm not sure the best way to do that, but these guys don't just show up. They are elected by voters who are either too stupid or too apatheric to know better. But there actions are now proving to be harmful to our country and it has to stop.
Maybe some banker could "red line" the entire district. Kick their interest rates for mortgages up a couple of percent or something.
